Seguindo os passos das bandas americanas Fanny e Birtha, surge no Reino Unido a Mother Superior, outra banda formada somente por mulheres. No entanto, a música delas é mais eclética.

O único álbum gravado foi lançado somente na Escandinávia com o nome de "Lady Madonna" (outro cover) e teve uma péssima distribuição, mais uma grande injustiça da indústria fonográfica.
