You Can't Do That on Stage Anymore, Vol. 6 é o último de seis volumes de coletânea de discos duplos de performances ao vivo de Frank Zappa gravados entre 1970 e 1988. Todo o material do Disco um tem um tema sexual. Zappa usou o monólogo em "Is That Guy Kidding or What?", para ridicularizar o álbum I'm in You de Peter Frampton com seu título de duplo sentido e pretensões pop. O Disco dois inclui performances dos shows de Zappa entre 1976 e 1981 no Palladium em Nova York, bem como material como "The Illinois Enema Bandit" e "Strictly Genteel" que ele frequentemente usava como músicas de encerramento em shows. Foi lançado em 23 de outubro de 1992, sob o selo Rykodisc.

Lisa Popeil, que cantou a faixa de 1982 "Teen-Age Prostitute", faz sua única outra aparição relacionada a Zappa em "Lisa's Life Story". Acima de tudo, a música do filme 200 Motels — ainda indisponível em CD quando este álbum foi lançado — recebeu atenção especial. Ainda hoje, as versões de "200 Motels Finale" e "Shove It Right In" se destacam como faixas importantes. Este volume é menos focado no fã obstinado que anseia por material raro.
