O single principal do álbum, "Lay Low", foi lançado nas rádios em 15 de setembro de 2014 e alcançou a posição 25 na parada Country Airplay. O segundo single, "Hometown Girl", foi lançado nas rádios em 31 de maio de 2016. “Los Más Grandes Exitos” é uma compilação do cantor e actor argentino Sandro, originalmente lançada em LP (CBS Columbia – 9.097), em 1970.

Entre 1969 e 1980, Sandro fez 12 filmes e outros tantos álbuns. O disco “Los Más Grandes Exitos”, inclui alguns dos seus maiores sucessos como, "Rosa, Rosa", "Porque Yo Te Amo", "Penumbras" ou "El Maniqui", entre outros. “Rosa, Rosa” foi o tema mais vendido da sua carreira. Em agosto de 1969, Sandro recebeu um disco de ouro em Nova York por ter sido o artista latino-americano com o maior número de discos vendidos nos EUA.

Roberto Sánchez, também conhecido apenas como Sandro ou Sandro da América (Buenos Aires, 19 de agosto de 1945 - Mendoza, 4 de janeiro de 2010) foi um cantor argentino, muito popular na América Latina. Sandro foi um cantor e compositor argentino de música melódica, rock and roll e pop, em castelhano. Em 1960 formou o seu primeiro grupo chamado Trío Azul. Nessa época, foi formada a banda Los Caniches de Oklahoma, constituída por Héctor Centurión, Lito Vásquez, Armando Quiroga e Sandro, que tocava guitarra e era a segunda voz. Mais tarde, eles se transformam em Los De Fuego. Em 1964 estreou-se com Los De Fuego no álbum "Presentando a Sandro", com as canções: "Hay Mucha Agitación" e "Las Noches Largas". Mais tarde, dissolvida a banda, Sandro iniciou a sua carreira a solo.

Ao longo da sua carreira, o cantor lançou mais de 25 álbuns. Sandro esteve em actividade de 1960 a 2010.
