American Stars 'n Bars é o oitavo álbum de estúdio do cantor e compositor canadense de folk rock Neil Young, lançado pela gravadora Reprise Records em 1977. Foi compilado de sessões de gravação espalhadas por um período de 29 meses, inclui " Like a Hurricane ", uma das canções conhecidas de Neil Young.

Alcançou a posição 21 na Billboard 200 e recebeu a certificação de ouro da RIAA.

Foi finalmente lançado em CD, como HDCD,

em 19 de agosto de 2003, como parte da

Neil Young Digital Masterpiece Series junto com On the Beach, Hawks & Doves e Re-ac-tor.
