A banda de glam punk Last Of The Teenage Idols foi formada em Londres no início de 1988. O principal incentivador foi o vocalista Buttz, que já havia feito muito barulho em outra famosa banda de glam punk, The Babysitters. Logo após a separação desta última, ele formou uma nova banda, batizada de Last Of The Teenage Idols. Em 1989, o grupo lançou seu único álbum, "Satellite Head Gone Soft". Os outros membros do circo eram: o guitarrista Taz, o baixista Shuff, o baterista Franco Bianco e o tecladista Hovis Presley.
