As Time Goes By é o décimo quarto e último álbum de estúdio póstumo da dupla americana de soft rock Carpenters. Foi lançado no Japão em 1 de agosto de 2001.

Um lançamento internacional estava para acontecer logo depois, mas o lançamento do álbum gerou discrepâncias de direitos autorais entre várias editoras. Essas discrepâncias não foram resolvidas até o final de 2003, atrasando

a data de lançamento internacional do álbum até 13 de abril de 2004.
